remember that when reference is made to Tutorship, the reports must be sent through the appropriate eSIGI channel, whereas in Areas where they are not present, draft a TK for the Te.Se.O. of your Market, according to the standard procedure

CUSTOMER'S REPORTED FAULT

Switching off when idling with LPG supply engaged.

TECHNICAL CAUSE

When LPG supply is engaged, occasionally the engine switches off without storing any error in the control unit

OPERATION

If the claimed fault persists, proceed as below indicated:

1. Check the correct LPG injector sequence, as shown in Fig. 1

2. Start engine parameter acquisition.

3. Reset the self-adaptive parameters (including Throttle Body and Toothed Wheel)

If the fault persists, check tappet clearance; if it is wrong, restore the correct tappet clearance.

If, in spite of the above operations, the fault still persists, contact Te.Se.O. without carrying out further interventions and/or replacements; attach the diagnosis printouts to the TK. Te.Se.O. shall supply further information on how to handle the matter.
