CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS

In addition to the ABS/EBD system, the vehicle is equipped with a VDC system (electronic stability control) which incorporates the ASR function (traction control with intervention at the brakes and the engine), the MSR function (engine braking torque regulation by changing down gears), the HBA function (automatic braking pressure increase during emergency braking) and the HHC function (assisting the driver when setting off at an angle), the new DST function (Dynamic Steering Torque), TTC (Torque Transfer Control).

This system and the additional functions are the latest developments of the "Bosch VDC 8.1" system and improve the vehicle stability specifications.

The VDC system, in particular, thanks to yaw/longitudinal acceleration/lateral acceleration and steering wheel angle position sensors, guarantees the monitoring of the dynamics of the entire vehicle thereby improving active safety.
