CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS

The flywheel is the dual mass flywheel or DVA for improved damping of torsional vibrations and a reduction in noise.

The flywheel consists of:

- main flywheel made from steel;

- main flywheel cover made from steel;

- secondary flywheel made from cast iron with the clutch plate support plane;

- variable load internal springs covered in special grease.

The ring gear where the starter motor pinion engages is fitted on the main flywheel.
