DESCRIPTION
This model can be equipped with a radio and UCONNECT TM 5" , specifically designed to be integrated on the car: it is a 5" TOUCHSCREEN radio (called "VP2") with "new Digital Radio standard" (DAB) and is available in different versions:
- with Bluetooth mobile phone management

In addition to the radio, the car audio system includes:
- midwoofers and tweeters front speakers in the doors;
- full-range rear speakers and tweeters;
- cables connecting the radio with the speakers;
The stylus aerial is fitted at the rear of the roof and has three functions (FM1 radio, DAB radio, if present, and GPS).
The FM2 radio aerial uses the heated rear window heating elements.
The radio is a CAN node through which information is exchanged with the Body Computer and with the other electronic units.
The radio is equipped with an anti-theft system through the connection of the radio on the CAN with the Body Computer; it also manages volume control linked to the vehicle speed: the volume increases and decreases in relation to the speed of the vehicle: this information reaches the radio node through the CAN.
Some versions are equipped with a series of buttons on the steering wheel: these make it possible to replicate some of the commands which are acquired in the same way by the radio itself.
An external source can be connected to the AUX socket, located at the bottom of the central console

In versions with Start&Stop, the "VP2" radio supply is controlled by a device inside it and AN EXTERNAL VOLTAGE STABILISER IS NOT NECESSARY. |
