FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTIONThe radio P020 receives a direct power supply (4 of connector A) from the battery through the line for fuse F36 of the Body Computer M001. Pin 8 of connector A is earthed. Pins 1 and 3 of connector A receive the CAN line by which radio the P020 is connected to Body Computer M001 - pin 18 and 22 of connector D - and to the other system nodes. The Body Computer M001 is connected to the radio controls on the steering wheel via the clock spring D047: pin 35 of connector D provides the reference earth at pin 6 of D047; pin 52 of connector D of M001 receives the signals from the buttons to the right of the steering wheel, whilst pin 50 of connector D of M001 receives the signals from the buttons to the left of the steering wheel. The Body Computer M001 - connector A - receives a direct power supply from the battery through the line protected by maxi fuse F01 of the engine compartment junction unit B001. The Body Computer M001 receives an ignition-operated power supply (INT) at pin 11 of connector E. Pin 9 of connector E of M001 provides the Body Computer with a reference earth. The following cables with signals for the speakers leave connector B of P020: - pins 5 and 6 to the left front speakers P35 and P45; - pins 3 and 4 to the right front speakers P36 and P46; - pins 7 and 8 to the left rear speaker P30; - pins 1 and 2 to the right rear speaker P31. The FM1 stylus aerial P25 and FM2 incorporated in the heated rear windscreen - is connected to the radio by means of dedicated coaxial cables. |
