Refitting

- Measure the length of the steering rods to be used in the refitting.

1. Loosen the nut fixing the link to the steering box.

2. Undo the steering link and remove it.

3. Loosen the band (3a) and remove the steering box boot (3b).

Removing

1. Place the new steering box (1a) boot in position and tighten the bands (1b).

2. Tighten the steering box link observing the length measured at the removal.

3. Tighten the nut securing the link to the steering box to the recommended torque.
