Refitting

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

    Op. 7055B54 PROTECTION/GUARD UNDER ENGINE -R.R.

1. Fit the safety split pins.

2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove the anti-roll bar (2b).

1. Unscrew the bolt (1a), bolt (1b) and remove the left track control arm (1c).

- Carry out the same operations for the removal of the right track control arm.

Removing

- Place the track control arms in their seats and secure them using the new bolts without tightening them to torque.

The front suspension track control arm fastenings should be tightened to torque after having fitted the crossmember to the body and therefore with reference to    Op. 4410B40 LOWER TRACK CONTROL ARM (WITH BALLJOINT) FOR LEFT OR RIGHT FRONT SUSPENSION (ONE) - R+R - CHECK WHEEL GEOMETRY SEPARATELY

1. Fit the anti-roll bar (1a) in place and tighten the bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

2. Remove the safety split pins.

    Op. 4410D15 FRONT SUSPENSION CROSSMEMBER COMPLETE WITH TRACK CONTROL ARMS AND ANTI-ROLL BAR - R.R

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.

    Op. 4450A10 FRONT WHEEL GEOMETRY - CHECK USING OPTICAL EQUIPMENT - INCLUDES ADJUSTMENT IF NECESSARY
