When the boot is opened the light in the luggage compartment comes on; it goes out when the boot is closed. The lights located beneath each of the sun blinds are turned on by a switch located on the lights themselves. The light located in the compartment comes on automatically when it is opened and goes out when it is closed. The power supply for all the courtesy lights follows the battery voltage control logic (SBMT): with the key off when any door or the boot is opened, a time of 15 seconds is set. After this, all the courtesy lights are deactivated. |

The Body Computer M001 supplies the boot courtesy light G040 from pin 26 of connector F and the driver's sun visor G031 and passenger side sun visor G032 courtesy lights from pins 27 and 28 in accordance with the logic described previously. The two lines are protected by fuse F32 located in the Body Computer M001. The Body Computer M001 - connector A - receives a direct powr supply from the battery through the line protected by maxi fuse F01 of the engine compartment junction unit B001. The Body Computer M001 receives an ignition-controlled power supply (INT) at pin 11 of connector E. Pin 9 of connector E of M001 provides the Body Computer with a reference earth. The opening switch for the boot located in the lock N047 sends an earth signal - pin 39 of connector F - that turns on the appropriate courtesy light G040. The lights in the visors G031 and G032 are switched on by an earth signal from the switch on the actual lights. The glove compartment light G030 is turned on by an earth signal from switch I015. |
