FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

The d.n.a. system selector H139 sends an analogue signal to pin 56 of connector D of M001 depending on the mode selected.

The reference earth for this signal arrives from pin 25 of connector B of M001

Signals to light up the d and a LEDs of H139 respectively leave pins 31 and 1 of connector B of M001.

The Body Computer M001 - connector A - receives a direct powr supply from the battery through the line protected by maxi fuse F01 of the engine compartment junction unit B001.

The Body Computer M001 receives an ignition-controlled power supply (INT) at pin 11 of connector E.

Pin 9 of connector E of M001 provides the Body Computer with a reference earth.

The Body Computer M001 is connected, via the CAN, to the other nodes, in particular the steering control unit M086, the ABS-VDC control unit M050 and the engine management control unit M010.

It is also connected to the instrument panel E050 to which it sends the signals to display the mode engaged and the system failure.
