Removing ( Refitting )

- Drain the sections of pipe from the pressure regulator to the LPG injectors, following the procedure and the instructions below

- Return the car to the workshop (in petrol operation mode).

1. Open the clip (1a) and the band (1b) and disconnect the pipe from pressure regulator to LPG filter, regulator side.

2. Open the band and disconnect the overpressure pipe from the LPG pressure regulator.

3. Open the LPG overpressure pipe retaining clip.

1. Open the clip and move the engine wiring to one side.

1. Open the clips and release the LPG overpressure pipe.

1. Open the LPG overpressure pipe retaining clip.

1. Open the remaining LPG overpressure pipe retaining clip.

2. Open the band and disconnect the LPG overpressure pipe from the air cleaner.

3. Remove the LPG overpressure pipe.

APPLIES TO VERSIONS WITH: Euro 5

Refitting ( Removing )

- Place the LPG overpressure pipe back in its housing.

- Connect the LPG overpressure pipe to the air cleaner and tighten the band.

Maintain a distance of 3 - 5 mm between the band and the end of the pipe.

- Close the intermediate clips fixing the LPG overpressure pipe.

- Close the engine wiring retaining clip.

- Connect the LPG overpressure pipe to the pressure regulator and tighten the band.

Maintain a distance of 3 - 5 mm between the band and the end of the pipe.

- Connect the pipe from pressure regulator to LPG filter, regulator side, tighten the band and engage the retaining clip.

Maintain a distance of 3 - 5 mm between the band and the end of the pipe.

1. Open the remaining LPG overpressure pipe retaining clip.

2. Open the band and disconnect the LPG overpressure pipe from the air cleaner.

3. Remove the LPG overpressure pipe.

Refitting ( Removing )

- Place the LPG overpressure pipe back in its housing.

- Connect the LPG overpressure pipe to the air cleaner and tighten the band.

Maintain a distance of 3 - 5 mm between the band and the end of the pipe.

- Close the intermediate clips fixing the LPG overpressure pipe.

- Close the engine wiring retaining clip.

- Connect the LPG overpressure pipe to the pressure regulator and tighten the band.

Maintain a distance of 3 - 5 mm between the band and the end of the pipe.

- Connect the pipe from pressure regulator to LPG filter, regulator side, tighten the band and engage the retaining clip.

Maintain a distance of 3 - 5 mm between the band and the end of the pipe.
