Access to the air intake area on the assembly and to the climate control, release the Bowden cable and check if the operation on control side is ok

CLIMATE CONTROL UNIT OPERATION CHECK
Check whether there are ovalised wheels or levers or other forming problems in the climate control unit gears
Go to Step 3
Identify any faults on the levers or on the wheels
Replace the faulty components of the climate control system

CLIMATE CONTROL SYSTEM CONTROL OPERATION CHECK
Manually check the movement of the recirculation flap
Go to Step 4
Recirculation flap locked
Replace the faulty gears behind the control, restoring correct operation

Check the integrity of the installed gears and the correct positioning of the latter.
Go to Step 5
In case of breaks, printing faults and strains
Replace the faulty components.

CHECK THE CONDITIONS OF THE RECIRCULATION AIR INTAKE FLAP
Check if the air intake flap is damaged or doesn't operate properly
Air intake flap broken or not properly operating
Replace the recirculation air intake flap
