Removing ( Refitting )

- Place the vehicle on a lift.

    Op. 7055B54 PROTECTION/GUARD UNDER ENGINE -R.R.

    Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE

    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R

1. Loosen the band and disconnect the cooling circuit pipe at the outlet of the LPG pressure regulator, three-way connector side.

1. Open the retaining clip for the cooling circuit pipe at the outlet of the LPG pressure regulator.

1. Loosen the band and remove the cooling circuit pipe at the outlet of the LPG pressure regulator.
Refitting ( Removing )

- Place the cooling circuit pipe at the outlet of the LPG pressure regulator in its housing, tighten the bands and engage the intermediate retaining clip.

    Op. 7055B54 PROTECTION/GUARD UNDER ENGINE -R.R.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.

- Place the car on a lift.

1. Undo the screws (1a) and move the engine coolant reservoir (1b) to one side.

1. Open the band and disconnect the cooling circuit pipe at the outlet of the LPG pressure regulator, three-way connector side.

1. Open the band and disconnect the cooling circuit pipe at the outlet of the LPG pressure regulator, pressure regulator side.

2. Open the retaining clips for the cooling circuit pipe at the outlet of the pressure regulator and remove it.

Refitting ( Removing )

- Place the cooling circuit pipe at the outlet of the LPG pressure regulator back in its housing and fix it with the clips.

- Close the retaining band for the cooling circuit pipe at the outlet of the LPG pressure regulator, pressure regulator side.

Maintain a distance of 3 - 5 mm between the band and the end of the pipe.

- Close the retaining band for the cooling circuit pipe at the outlet of the LPG pressure regulator, three-way connector side.

Maintain a distance of 3 - 5 mm between the band and the end of the pipe.

- Place the engine coolant reservoir back in its housing and fix it with the screws.
