Removing ( Refitting )

- Drain the sections of pipe from the LPG pressure regulator to the injectors, following the procedure and the instructions below

   Op. 1043A02 LPG SYSTEM LINES PIPE DRAINING OPERATIONS

- Return the car to the workshop (in petrol operation mode).

1. Loosen the band and disconnect the LPG injector unit inlet pipe, LPG filter side.

1. Open the retaining clips (1a), loosen the band and remove the injector unit inlet pipe (1b).

Refitting ( Removing )

- Place the LPG injector unit inlet pipe in position, tighten the bands and engage the intermediate retaining clips.

Maintain a distance of 3 - 5 mm between the bands and the ends of the pipe.

1. Open the retaining clips for the LPG injector unit inlet pipe.

2. Undo the nut and remove the LPG filter retaining collar.

1. Open the band and disconnect the LPG injector unit inlet pipe, LPG filter side.

2. Open the remaining band and remove the LPG injector unit inlet pipe.

APPLIES TO VERSIONS WITH: Euro 5

Refitting ( Removing )

- Place the LPG injector inlet pipe back in its housing and tighten the bands.

Maintain a distance of 3 - 5 mm between the bands and the ends of the pipe.

APPLIES TO VERSIONS WITH: Euro 5

- Place the LPG filter in position.

- Place the LPG filter retaining collar back in it housing and tighten the nut.

- Close the retaining clips for the LPG injector unit inlet pipe.
