Refitting

- Drain the section of the pipe from the tank to the LPG pressure regulator and from the latter to the LPG injectors, following the procedures and the instructions below

   Op. 1043A02 LPG SYSTEM LINES PIPE DRAINING OPERATIONS

- Return the vehicle to the workshop (in petrol operation mode) and place it on a lift.

    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R

    Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R

    Op. 1043B46 PRESSURE REGULATOR STOP SOLENOID COIL R R

    Op. 7055B54 PROTECTION/GUARD UNDER ENGINE -R.R.

    Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE

    Op. 1043B40 PRESSURE REGULATOR FOR LPG SUPPLY - R.R.

1. Release the wiring from the clips located on the LPG pressure regulator mounting bracket.

2. Undo the screws fixing the LPG pressure regulator mounting bracket.

1. Remove the rivet fixing the LPG pressure regulator mounting bracket.

2. Remove the LPG pressure regulator mounting bracket.

Removing

- Place the LPG pressure regulator mounting bracket back in its housing.

1. Using a rivet positioned in the point indicated in the figure, fix the LPG pressure regulator mounting bracket.

1. Tighten the screws fixing the LPG pressure regulator mounting bracket to the prescribed torque.

2. Engage the wiring with the clips located on the LPG pressure regulator mounting bracket.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.

1. Tighten the screws fixing the LPG pressure regulator mounting bracket to the prescribed torque.

2. Engage the wiring with the clips located on the LPG pressure regulator mounting bracket.
