Removing ( Refitting )

- Position the pressure regulator in a vice fitted with protective jaws.

1. Release the flexible retaining ring and remove the solenoid valve - filter unit, with coil.

Take care not to damage the O-ring housing during its removal.

Refitting ( Removing )

- Apply some engine oil to a new O-ring and place it in position.

- Place the solenoid valve/filter unit complete with coil in position and engage the flexible retaining ring.

- Remove the pressure regulator from the vice.

Removing ( Refitting )

- Position the pressure regulator in a vice fitted with protective jaws.

1. Undo and remove the solenoid valve assembly with O-ring.

1. Undo the screws (1a) and remove the LPG filter cover (1b).

1. Remove the O-ring.

2. Remove the LPG filter element.

1. Remove the LPG filter element (1a) from the support (1b).

2. Remove the O-ring from the support.

APPLIES TO VERSIONS WITH: Euro 5

Refitting ( Removing )

- Place the filter element support complete with O-ring in position.

- Place the LPG filter element in position.

- Fit a new O-ring on the LPG filter cover.

- Place the LPG filter cover in its housing and tighten the screws.

- Place the solenoid valve assembly complete with new O-ring in position and tighten.

- Remove the pressure regulator from the vice.

Removing ( Refitting )

- Position the pressure regulator in a vice fitted with protective jaws.

1. Undo and remove the solenoid valve assembly with O-ring.

2. Remove the LPG filter element.

1. Remove the LPG filter element (1a) from the support (1b).

2. Remove the O-ring from the support.

Refitting ( Removing )

- Place the filter element support complete with O-ring in position.

- Place the LPG filter element in position.

- Fit a new O-ring on the LPG filter cover.

- Place the LPG filter cover in its housing and tighten the screws.

- Place the solenoid valve assembly complete with new O-ring in position and tighten.

- Remove the pressure regulator from the vice.
