Refitting

1. Release the brake pedal switch from the pedal support rotating it clockwise (45°) towards the accelerator pedal, as shown in the figure.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection (1a) and remove the brake pedal switch (1b).

Removing

Refit the switch with the brake pedal in rest position to prevent compressing the rod.

- Lock the brake pedal in position with a suitable support.

- Connect the electrical connection for the brake pedal switch.

1. Place the brake pedal switch in its position, rotating it by 45° towards the clutch pedal as shown in the figure.

The correct coupling of the brake pedal is confirmed by a click of the retaining clips.

- Remove the brake pedal locking mounting and test stop light operation.
