FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTIONThe radionavigator P20 receives a direct power supply (pin 12 of connector A) from the battery via the line for fuse F36 of the Body Computer M1; Pin 16 of connector A is earthed. Pins 10 and 13 of connector A receive the CAN line by which the radionavigator P20 is connected to the Body Computer M1 and the other system nodes. The Body Computer M001 is connected to the radio controls on the steering wheel via the clock spring D047: pin 35 of connector D provides the reference earth at pin 6 of D047; pin 52 of connector D of M001 receives the signals from the buttons to the right of the steering wheel, whilst pin 50 of connector D of M001 receives the signals from the buttons to the left of the steering wheel. The Body Computer M001 - connector A - receives a direct power supply from the battery through the line protected by maxi fuse F01 of the engine compartment junction unit B001. The Body Computer M001 receives an ignition-controlled (INT) power supply at pin 11 of connector E, whilst pin 9 of connector E of M001 provides the Body Computer with a reference earth. The GPS aerial is located in P25a (stylus aerial on the roof FM1 and GPS) connected to the radio navigator by means of the coaxial cable. |
