1. The following mounting brackets on the front light cluster can be replaced (the left light cluster is illustrated).

- A. upper bracket

- B. inner bracket

- C. outer bracket

- Proceed with the removal of the light cluster.

UPPER BRACKET (A) REPLACEMENT

1. Using a saw, cut the damaged bracket (1a) following the dotted line (1b) illustrated.

Take care not to damage the seats (1c) for the new bracket.

1. Mill the remaining parts of the bracket removed to allow the new bracket (1a) to match correctly in the light cluster seats (1b).

2. Position the new bracket (1a) in the seats (1b) for the light cluster.

3. Screw in the bolts (3a) and tighten them securing the bracket (1a) to the light cluster.

S INNER BRACKET (B) REPLACEMENT

1. Using a saw, cut the damaged bracket (1a) following the dotted lines (1b) illustrated.

Take care not to damage the seats (1c) for the new bracket.

1. Mill the remaining parts of the bracket removed to allow the new bracket (1a) to match correctly in the light cluster seats (1b).

2. Position the new bracket (1a) in the seats (1b) for the light cluster.

3. Screw in the bolt (3a) and tighten it securing the bracket (1a) to the light cluster.

OUTER BRACKET (C) REPLACEMENT

1. Using a saw, cut the damaged bracket (1a) following the dotted line (1b) illustrated.

Take care not to damage the seats (1c) for the new bracket.

1. Mill the remaining parts of the bracket removed to allow the new bracket (1a) to match correctly in the light cluster seats (1b).

2. Position the new bracket (1a) in the seats (1b) for the light cluster.

3. Screw in the bolts (3a) and tighten them securing the bracket (1a) to the light cluster.

- Refit the light cluster.
