Refitting

- Remove the Air Bag module following the precautions.

   Op. 5580C18 AIR BAG MODULE - R+R

1. Working on the steering wheel, undo the bolts (1a) securing the moulding (1b).

1. Release the electrical wiring retainer.

2. Move the electrical wiring from its housing.

3. Detach the electrical connection.

4. Remove the moulding complete with wiring and radio control modules.

1. Release the wiring (1a) from the retainers (1b).

2. Remove the modules (2a) from the moulding (2b), releasing the perimeter retainers (2c).

3. Remove the module unit and wiring from the moulding.

Removing

- Check that the modules and wiring are not damaged.

- Position the modules on the moulding and attach the perimeter retainers.

- Secure the wiring to the retainers.

- Position the moulding complete with wiring and radio control modules on the steering wheel.

- Connect the electrical connection.

- Fit the electrical wiring in its housing.

- Position the electrical wiring retainer and attach it.

- Tighten the bolts securing the moudling to the steering wheel.
