Refitting

1. Undo the bolts fixing the expansion valve.

2. Extract the expansion valve.

1. Keep the expansion valve seals.

Do not reuse the seals when refitting.

Removing

- Check that the expansion valve is not damaged.

- Position the new seals on the expansion valve.

- Place the expansion valve in position and secure it using the bolts.

Replace the O-rings on the air conditioning system connectors. Only use green coloured seals that are resistant to R134A coolant. Lubricate the connector threads using anti-freeze.
