- Drain the coolant. Op. 0010T84 AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM REFRIGERANT - DEHYDRATING AND REPRESSURIZING |

- Drain the engine coolant. |
|
- Work on both sides. |
|
|
|

|
- Remove the wiper arms. |
|
|
|
Op. 5050B38 FRONT WINDSCREEN WIPER ARM(S) COMPLETE WITH BLADE - R.R. |

|
|
- Remove both side repeaters. |
|
|
|
|
|
  |
1. Working in the front windscreen wiper housing, disconnect the connection (1a) for the rear windscreen wiper pipes (1b). 2. Working from inside the passenger compartment, extract part (2a) of the pipe, releasing it from the duct seal (2b). |
  |
1. Unscrew the bolts. 2. Remove the engine compartment junction unit cover. |
  |
1. Undo the nut and disconnect the electrical connection from the junction unit.
2. Release the electrical connection from the junction unit container seat. 3. Cut the wiring retaining band. 4. Raise the junction unit slightly releasing the retainers. |
  |
1. Disconnect the engine compartment wiring from the retaining bands. 2. Disconnect the electrical connections not yet disconnected for the engine compartment wiring. Disconnect the windscreen wiper pipe connections in the area of the screen washer fluid reservoir. 3. Remove the engine compartment wiring, releasing it from the engine compartment side. |

Refitting

- Check that the engine compartment wiring is not damaged and that the individual conductors are correctly fastened to the connections. If necessary, carry out continuity tests. - Place the engine compartment wiring in position, inserting it via the opening on the engine compartment side. Fit the bulkhead seal in place and attach the retainers. - Connect the windscreen wiper pipe connections in the area of the screen washer fluid reservoir. - Connect the engine compartment wiring electrical connections that can be connected. - Connect the engine compartment wiring to the retaining bands. - Position the engine compartment junction unit and attach the retainers. - Fit the wiring retaining band. - Attache the electrical connection in the junction unit container seat. - Connect the electrical connection to the junction unit and screw in the nut. - Position the junction unit container cover. - Screw in the bolts. 1. Working from inside the passenger compartment, fit part (1a) of the pipe for the rearscreen wiper, attaching it to the duct seal (1b). 2. Working in the front windscreen wiper housing, connect the connection (2a) for the rear windscreen wiper pipes (2b). |
