Refitting

   Op. 7040A65 CONSOLE SIDE CLOSING (ONE) - R.R.

   Op. 7040A24 DASHBOARD CLOSURE LOWER TRIM - R.R.

   Op. 5010C55 LOWER AIR DIFFUSER (ONE) LH OR RH - R.R

   Op. 5040D84 AIR CONDITIONING LEFT AIR MIXTURE FLAP CONTROL MOTOR - R.R

1. Using a screwdriver, release the retainer (1a) and remove the toothed sector (1b).

Removing

- Check that the toothed sector is not damaged.

- Renew the grease on the teeth and the moving parts of the gear train.

Use special grease for plastic.

1. Place the toothed sector (1a) in the compulsory position, then attach the retainer (1b).

    Op. 5010C55 LOWER AIR DIFFUSER (ONE) LH OR RH - R.R

- Check that the dismantled parts are working.

Refitting

   Op. 7040A43 HARNESS COVER (ONE – ANY) UNDER DASHBOARD - R.R.

   Op. 7040A31 DASHBOARD COMPARTMENT ASSEMBLY - R.R.

- Work on the left side.

   Op. 7040A65 CONSOLE SIDE CLOSING (ONE) - R.R.

   Op. 5010C55 LOWER AIR DIFFUSER (ONE) LH OR RH - R.R

   Op. 5040D84 AIR CONDITIONING LEFT AIR MIXTURE FLAP CONTROL MOTOR - R.R
