Refitting

   Op. 5570T80 CAR RADIO EQUIPMENT - R+R

   Op. 5570T49 BLUETOOTH ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT - R.R.

   Op. 5570T50 BLUETOOTH ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT MOUNTING - R.R.

   Op. 5570T10 CAR RADIO SUPPORT - R+R - INCLUDES CONTACT REPAIR AND SUPPLY CIRCUIT CHECK

   Op. 5040D10 AIR CONDITIONER CONTROLS SUPPORT - R+R OR REPLACE

- Remove the knobs.

   Op. 5040D23 KNOB (ONE) FOR ANY OF THE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROLS - R.R.

1. Remove the adaptor (1a) from the controls support releasing the retainers (1b).

1. Release the perimeter retainers (1a) and separate the casing (1b) from the front section (1c).

1. Remove the protection for the switches.

1. Remove the switch unit (1a) releasing the retainers (1b).

1. Unscrew the bolt.

2. Remove the lighting diffuser (2a) releasing the centerings (2b).

1. Remove the printed circuit (1a) releasing it from the retainers (1b).

Wear gloves when removing/fitting the printed circuit to avoid touching the electrical circuits with your hands.

2. Unscrew the bolts.

3. Remove the switch.

Removing

- Check that the various removed parts are undamaged.

- Position the switch.

- Screw in the bolts.

- Position the printed circuit and attach it to the retainers.

Wear gloves when removing/fitting the printed circuit to avoid touching the electrical circuits with your hands.

- Position the lighting diffuser attaching the centerings.

- Screw in the bolt.

- Position the switch unit and attach the retainers.

- Position the protection for the switches.

- Join the front section to the casing for the controls support, then attach the perimeter retainers.

- Position the adaptor on the controls support and attach the retainers.

   Op. 5040D23 KNOB (ONE) FOR ANY OF THE AIR CONDITIONING CONTROLS - R.R.

   Op. 5040D10 AIR CONDITIONER CONTROLS SUPPORT - R+R OR REPLACE

   Op. 5570T10 CAR RADIO SUPPORT - R+R - INCLUDES CONTACT REPAIR AND SUPPLY CIRCUIT CHECK

   Op. 5570T50 BLUETOOTH ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT MOUNTING - R.R.
