Refitting

   Op. 7040G20 BULB HOLDER FOR COMPARTMENT LIGHTING IN DASHBOARD - R.R.

   Op. 7040A31 DASHBOARD COMPARTMENT ASSEMBLY - R.R.

1. Working in the glove compartment housing, extract the sensor (1a) from the seat (1b) releasing the retainers (1c) and the tab (1d) from the seat (1e).

2. Disconnect the electrical connection for the sensor.

3. Keep the sensor.

Removing

- Check that the sensor is not damaged.

- Working in the glove compartment housing, connect the electrical connection for the sensor.

- Fit the sensor and attach the retainers and the tab in place.

Refitting

- Straighten the front wheels, engage the first steering lock towards the right and remove the ignition key.

- Keep the steering column adjustment lever closed during all the removing-refitting stages.

Avoid the upper shaft slipping out during the removal of the electrically controlled steering when it is removed from its housing.

- Comply with the safety regulations when removing for the Air Bag module.

1. Working on the right side of the air conditioning casing, take out the sensor (1a) from the housing (1b) releasing the retainers (1c) and the position tab (1d) from the housing (1e).

2. Disconnect the electrical connection for the sensor.

3. Keep the sensor.

Removing

- Check that the sensor is not damaged.

- Working on the right side of the air conditioning casing, connect the electrical connection for the sensor.

- Fit the sensor and attach the retainers and the tab in place.
