Refitting

   Op. 7040G20 BULB HOLDER FOR COMPARTMENT LIGHTING IN DASHBOARD - R.R.

   Op. 7040A31 DASHBOARD COMPARTMENT ASSEMBLY - R.R.

1. Working in the glove compartment housing, disconnect the electrical connection for the sensor.

2. Extract the sensor (2a) from the seat (2b) releasing the retainers (2c) and the position tab (2d) from the seat (2e).

3. Keep the sensor.

Removing

- Check that the sensor is not damaged.

- Working in the glove compartment housing, connect the electrical connection for the sensor.

- Fit the sensor and attach the retainers and the tab in place.

- Remove the central vents.

- Remove both front pillar trims.

   Op. 7040H30 FRONT PILLAR TRIM (ONE), LEFT OR RIGHT - R.R.

   Op. 5040D15 CONTROL UNIT WITH KNOBS AND BUTTONS FOR DUAL ZONE AIR CONDITIONER - R.R.

   Op. 7040A10 DASHBOARD TRIM - R+R

1. Disconnect the electrical connection (1a) for the upper left air temperature sensor (1b).

2. Disconnect the wiring branch (2a) from the retainer (2b).

3. Disconnect the electrical connection (3a) for the upper right air temperature sensor (3b).

1. Extract the right sensor (1a) from its housing (1b) releasing the side retainers (1c) and the position tab (1d) from the housing.

2. Insert the right sensor (1a) into the hole (2a) (in order to tilt and then recover it).

1. Recover the right sensor extracting it in the direction of the arrow.

Removing

- Check that the right sensor is not damaged.

- Place the right sensor in position performing the removal operation in reverse.

Engage the retainers and the position tab in their housings.

- Connect the electrical connection for the right sensor.

- Connect the wiring branch to the retainer.

- Connect the electrical connection for the left sensor.

- As an alternative, fit the air conditioning control mounting as follows: tighten the upper and lower fixing screws for the control mounting, then position the cover and engage the retainers.
