Removing ( Refitting )

   Op. 7040B22 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT/LOAD PLATFORM MOULDING - R+R

1. Move the left side lining for the luggage compartment slightly.

2. Remove the rivet using a drill.

3. Move the junction unit (3a) releasing the lower retainer (3b).

- Remove the residues of the rivet using suction.

1. Mark the reciprocal position of all the terminals connected to the junction unit.

Disconnect the terminals from the junction unit using the extractor kit.

2. Keep the junction unit.
Refitting ( Removing )

- Check that the junction unit is not damaged.

- Connect the terminals to the junction unit using the extractor kit referring to the formation defined during the removal stage.

- Position the junction unit and attach the lower retainer.

- Fit the rivet.

- Position the left side lining for the luggage compartment.
