Refitting

   Op. 5570T80 CAR RADIO EQUIPMENT - R+R

   Op. 5570T49 BLUETOOTH ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT - R.R.

   Op. 5570T50 BLUETOOTH ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT MOUNTING - R.R.

   Op. 5570T10 CAR RADIO SUPPORT - R+R - INCLUDES CONTACT REPAIR AND SUPPLY CIRCUIT CHECK

- Work on the left side.

   Op. 7040A24 DASHBOARD CLOSURE LOWER TRIM - R.R.

   Op. 5010C55 LOWER AIR DIFFUSER (ONE) LH OR RH - R.R

1. Gaining access via the radio console, undo the upper bolts (1a) securing the controls support.

1. Working under the controls support, remove the cover (1a) releasing the lower retainers (1b) and then the retainers (1c).

1. Undo the lower bolts (1a) securing the controls support (1b).

1. Working via the radio console, rotate the controls support slightly.

2. Undo the bolt (2a) and release the retainer (2b) for the end of the distribution transmission cable outer casing (2c).

3. Disconnect the end of the distribution transmission cable from the housing for the control lever.

1. Working on the left side of the air conditioner casing, open the retainer (1a) for the outer casing (1b) for the distribution transmission cable outer casing (1b).

2. Disconnect the end (2a) of the distribution transmission cable (2b) from the linkage (2c) for the air conditioning casing.

- Keep the transmission cable.

Removing

- Check that the distribution transmission cable is not damaged.

- Connect the end of the distribution transmission cable to the air conditioning casing linkage.

- Fit the outer casing retainer.

- On the air conditioning controls support, connect the end of the distribution transmission cable to the housing for the control lever.

- Position the end of the outer casing and fasten it using the bolt.

- Tighten the lower and upper bolts fixing the controls support.

- Position the lower cover and engage the retainers.

   Op. 7040A43 HARNESS COVER (ONE – ANY) UNDER DASHBOARD - R.R.

   Op. 7040A31 DASHBOARD COMPARTMENT ASSEMBLY - R.R.

1. Gaining access via the radio console, undo the upper bolts (1a) securing the controls support.

1. Working under the controls support, remove the cover (1a) releasing the lower retainers (1b) and then the retainers (1c).

1. Undo the lower bolts (1a) securing the controls support (1b).

1. Working via the radio console, rotate the controls support slightly.

2. Undo the bolt (2a) and release the retainer (2b) for the end of the distribution transmission cable outer casing (2c).

3. Disconnect the end of the distribution transmission cable from the housing for the control lever.

1. Working on the left side of the air conditioner casing, open the retainer (1a) for the outer casing (1b) for the distribution transmission cable outer casing (1b).

2. Disconnect the end (2a) of the distribution transmission cable (2b) from the linkage (2c) for the air conditioning casing.

- Keep the transmission cable.

Removing

- Check that the distribution transmission cable is not damaged.

- Connect the end of the distribution transmission cable to the air conditioning casing linkage.

- Fit the outer casing retainer.

- On the air conditioning controls support, connect the end of the distribution transmission cable to the housing for the control lever.

- Position the end of the outer casing and fasten it using the bolt.

- Tighten the lower and upper bolts fixing the controls support.

- Position the lower cover and engage the retainers.
