Refitting

   Op. 5570T80 CAR RADIO EQUIPMENT - R+R

   Op. 5570T49 BLUETOOTH ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT - R.R.

   Op. 5570T50 BLUETOOTH ELECTRONIC CONTROL UNIT MOUNTING - R.R.

   Op. 5570T10 CAR RADIO SUPPORT - R+R - INCLUDES CONTACT REPAIR AND SUPPLY CIRCUIT CHECK

1. Gaining access via the radio console, undo the upper bolts (1a) securing the controls support.

1. Working under the controls support, remove the cover (1a) releasing the lower retainers (1b) and then the retainers (1c).

1. Undo the lower bolts (1a) securing the controls support (1b).

1. Working via the radio console, rotate the controls support slightly.

2. Undo the bolt (2a) and release the retainer (2b) for the end of the distribution transmission cable outer casing (2c).

3. Disconnect the end of the distribution transmission cable from the housing for the control lever.

1. Undo the bolt (1a) and release the retainer (1b) for the end of the mixing transmission cable outer casing (1c).

2. Disconnect the end of the mixing transmission cable from the housing for the control lever.

1. Extract the bulb holders (1a) releasing the retainers (1b).

2. If necessary, remove the control lighting bulbs (press-fit).

3. Disconnect the electrical connections (3a) and (3b).

4. Keep the air conditioning controls mounting.

- Dismantle the controls support, if necessary.

Removing

- Check that the controls support is not damaged.

   Op. 5040D09 AIR CONDITIONING CONTROL SUPPORT - DISMANTLE AND REASSEMBLE ON BENCH

- Connect the electrical connections.

- If removed, fit the control lighting bulbs (press-fit).

- Place the bulb holders in position.

- Connect the ends of the transmission cables to the seats for the control levers.

- Position the ends of the transmission cable outer casings and secure them using the bolts.

- Tighten the lower and upper bolts fixing the controls support.

- Position the lower cover and engage the retainers.

- Check that the transmission cables are working properly.
