Detension the backrest by loosening (first on one side and then on the other) the four M8 bolts joining the backrest to the cushion module and operate the backrest adjustment checking whether the hardening persists

Fit a spacer washer between the backrest adjustment bracket and the side of the cushion, then tighten the bolts to the correct torque
