Removing ( Refitting )

HALF-HINGE ON DOOR

   Op. 7210E36 R.R. FRONT SIDE DOOR

1. Unscrew the bolt.

2. Remove the hinge.

HALF-HINGE ON BODY

    Op. 7210E36 R.R. FRONT SIDE DOOR

- The crossmember supporting the dashboard trim must be removed to remove the upper hinge.

Carry out the operation described below including all the preliminary operations.

1. Release the adhesive flexible cover and adhesive and move it to access the inner bolt (1b) securing the door upper hinge.

1. Undo the outer bolt (1a) and the inner bolt (1b) securing the half-hinge to the body.

2. Remove the half-hinge.
Refitting ( Removing )

- Check that the hinge is not damaged.

- Position the half hinges and screw in the bolts without tightening them.

   Op. 7005A14 FRONT SIDE DOOR - ADJUST CENTERING AND MOULDING - INCLUDES ADAPTATION OF HINGES AND SEALS ON DOOR COMPARTMENT

- Refit the components removed in order to access the bolts securing the hinges.
