Refitting

- Open the bonnet.

1. Release the rubber cover from the headlamp.

1. Extract the bulb (1a) by releasing it from the retainers (1b).

1. Disconnect the main beam bulb (1b) from the electrical connection (1a).

2. Keep the bulb.

If the bulb is working properly, avoid touching it with your hands. If this does happen, clean the bulb with alcohol.

Removing

- Check the condition of the bulb and make sure that it is clean.

Avoid touching the bulb with your hands. If this does happen, clean the bulb with alcohol.

- Connect the electrical connection for the bulb.

1. Fit the bulb (1a) in place and attach to the retainers (1b).

The correct position for the bulb is illustrated.

- Engage the rubber cover from the headlamp.

- Close the bonnet.

- Check that the bulb is working.
