|
1. Disconnect the gear selector and engagement cables. 2. Retract the safety ring and disconnect the gear selector and engagement cables from the bracket. 3. Undo the bolts and remove the reaction bracket from the gearbox. |

Refitting

- Place the reaction bracket in position and secure it tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.
- Introduce the two quick-fits for the hoses in the openings in the bracket keeping the cursors retracted and inserting them fully into the seats using manual pressure until they are attached. Release the cursors. - Connect the ends of the gear selection and engagement cables to the ends of the levers on the gearbox. |

- Position the vehicle on a lift. |
  |
1. Disconnect the gear selector and engagement cables. 2. Adjust the retaining clips and disconnect the cables from the reaction bracket. |
  |
1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the reaction bracket (1b). |
  |
Refitting

1. Fit the reaction bracket (1a) in its seat and tighten the bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

- Fit the gear selection and engagement cables in the openings in the reaction bracket and secure them using the retaining clips. - Using manual pressure, connect the ends of the gear selection and engagement cables to the ball joints for the levers on the gearbox. |
|
|
- Remove the vehicle from the lift. |
