Refitting

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

   Op. 7055B54 PROTECTION/GUARD UNDER ENGINE -R.R.

1. Undo the connector (1a) for the turbocharger engine coolant outlet pipe (1b), water pump rigid return pipe side.

1. Undo the connector (1a) and remove the turbocharger engine coolant outlet pipe (1b).

Removing

- Refit the coolant outlet pipe from the turbocharger in its housing and tighten the connectors.

The connectors should be tightened keeping the pipe still. Any movements of more than 3° affect the seal of the connectors.
