1. Undo the bolt (1a) securing the water pump rigid inlet pipe (1b), cylinder head side. |
  |
1. Loosen the band (1a) and disconnect the radiator outlet hose (1b), water pump rigid inlet pipe side. |
  |
1. Undo the bolt (1a) fixing the water pump rigid inlet pipe (1b) and remove it. |
  |
1. Remove the O-ring (1a) and the seal (1b) from the water pump rigid inlet pipe (1c). |

Refitting

- Fit a new seal and O-ring on the water pump rigid inlet pipe. - Place the water pump rigid inlet pipe in position and tighten the bolt securing it to the crankcase. - Connect the radiator outlet hose, water pump rigid inlet pipe side and tighten the band. - Tighten the bolt fixing the water pump rigid inlet pipe, cylinder head side. - Connect the return pipe from the heater, water pump rigid inlet pipe side and tighten the band. |
