Refitting

- Open the fuel flap.

1. Undo the fuel cap and release the rod from the flap.

2. Undo the bolt securing the fuel filler pipe housing seal.

3. Remove the fuel filler pipe housing seal complete with flap.

1. Compress the clips (1a) and remove the flap rotation pin (1b).

1. Separate the seal (1a) from the flap (1b).

Removing

- Fit the flap in the housing on the seal and secure it using the pivot pin.

- Fit the flap/seal assembly in place and fasten it using the bolt.

- Tighten the fuel cap and attach the rod to the flap.

- Check that the flap opens and closes properly.
