Check the condition of heated windscreen relay T30 (located in the engine compartment junction unit)
Move on to Step 2
Relay T30 defective.
Replace relay T30.

ENGINE COMPARTMENT JUNCTION UNIT FUSE OPERATION CHECK
Check that the fuse in the engine compartment junction unit is working properly.
Move on to Step 3
Fuse blown.
Replace the fuse and find out what caused the malfunction.

WINDSCREEN POWER CHECK
Check the following, in order:
- Connection to earth of the heated windscreen;
- Heated windscreen power supply line
See E3031 HEATED WINDSCREEN
Move on to Step 4
Connection interrupted.
Restore the correct connections.

WINDSCREEN FILAMENTS CHECK
Check the condition of the heated windscreen filaments.
End of diagnosis
Filaments broken.
Replace the heated windscreen
