Test results

First of all check the level of the detergent fluid in the reservoir and also make sure that it is not leaking

Move on to Step 1

1. Insufficient detergent fluid level

2. Detergent fluid reservoir damaged

1. Restore the correct level

2. Replace the reservoir

Check that there are no obstructions or incorrect connections for the rearscreen washer pipes

Check the condition of the jet

Move on to Step 2

1. Pipes blocked or damaged

2. Jet obstructed or damaged

1. Repair or replace the pipes

2. Repair or replace the jet

Check the connection between the steering wheel interface and the rearscreen washer pump

Move on to Step 3

Connection interrupted

Repair the connections

Check the operation of the rearscreen washer pump

It is the same pump that carries out the screen washer function but operated in the opposite direction

Move on to Step 4

Pump faulty

Replace the screen washer electric pump

Check that the steering wheel interface is working properly: in particular, the rear wiper switch
