Removing ( Refitting )

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

    Op. 7055B54 PROTECTION/GUARD UNDER ENGINE -R.R.

    Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE

    Op. 1088B10 ENGINE COOLANT RESERVOIR - R.R.

    Op. 1048B25 INTERMEDIATE RIGID PIPE BETWEEN HEAT EXCHANGER AND THROTTLE BODY - R R

    Op. 1048A23 COLD AIR INTAKE FOR AIR FILTER - R.R.

APPLIES TO VERSIONS WITH: Euro 6

1. Remove the waste gate solenoid valve from the fan support and move it to one side.

1. Open the retaining clips and move the engine cooling system supply pipe to one side.

1. Disconnect the rapid connector and move the radiator coolant inlet pipe aside.

1. Disconnect the resistor electrical connection.

2. Detach the electrical connection for the fan.

- Open the retaining clips and release the wiring.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) securing the fan (1b) and remove it from the clips on the right side of the radiator.

1. Undo the bolt and remove the resistor.

1. Undo the nuts and remove the fan from the support frame.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
