Refitting

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

    Op. 7055B54 PROTECTION/GUARD UNDER ENGINE -R.R.

1. Adjust the retaining clip and remove the waste gate solenoid valve and move it to one side.

1. Disconnect the rapid connector and move the radiator coolant inlet pipe aside.

1. Disconnect the resistor electrical connection.

2. Detach the electrical connection for the fan.

1. Disconnect the rapid connector (1a) and remove the radiator coolant outlet pipe (1b).

    Op. 1048B17 HEAT EXCHANGER AIR INLET HOSE - R.R.

1. Undo the right upper bolt securing the radiator to the front end.

1. Undo the left upper bolt securing the radiator to the front end.

1. Remove the radiator assembly from the front end.

1. Compress and release the air duct right retaining clip.

1. Compress and release the air duct left retaining clip.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the air duct (1b).

1. Undo the bolts (1a), compress the clip (1b) and remove the air conditioning condenser (1c).

1. Undo the bolts (1a), compress the clip (1b) and remove the intercooler (1c).

1. Open the retaining clips (1a), loosen the band (1b) and remove the system supply pipe (1c) from the radiator.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the fan (1b) from the radiator.

Removing

- Place the fan back in its housing and fasten it to the radiator using the bolts.

- Connect the system supply pipe to the radiator and fasten it using the band and the retaining clips.

- Refit the air conditioner condenser in its housing, secure the retaining clip and tighten the bolts securing it to the radiator.

- Place the intercooler in position attaching the retaining clip and tighten the bolt secured to the radiator.

- Place the air duct in position attaching the retaining clips and tighten the bolts secured to the intercooler.

- Fit the radiator assembly in place and tighten the upper bolts securing it to the front end.

    Op. 5550B30 L/H OR R/H HORN (ONE) - R+R

- Place the radiator coolant outlet pipe in position and connect the rapid connector, radiator side.

- Secure the fan electrical connection.

- Connect the resistor electrical connection.

- Place the radiator coolant inlet pipe in position and connect the rapid connector.

- Refit the waste gate solenoid in its housing and fasten the retaining clip.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
