Removing ( Refitting )

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

- Disconnect the front and rear silencer flexible mountings.

1. Release the clips (1a) and remove the heat shield (1b).
Refitting ( Removing )

- Place the heat shield in its housing and secure it with the clips.

- Connect the front and rear silencer flexible mountings.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
