1. Release the electrical connection from the bracket.
2. Open the retaining clips (2a), undo the bolt (2b) and the nuts (2c) and remove the air chamber reinforcement bracket (2d).

- Place the air chamber reinforcement bracket in its housing and tighten the fastenings. - Close the pipe retaining clips and attach the electrical connection to the bracket. |

- Disconnect the negative battery cable.

1. Disconnect the electrical connections for the LPG injectors.
2. Disconnect the electrical connection for the LPG temperature and pressure sensor.

1. Release the front fuel return pipe from the retaining clip.
2. Release the petrol injector wiring coupling from the reinforcement bracket for the air chamber.
3. Release the LPG injector wiring from the retaining clip.

1. Undo the screws fixing the air chamber reinforcement bracket, chamber side.
2. Undo the nuts fixing the LPG injector unit to the air chamber reinforcement bracket.
3. Undo the screw fixing the air chamber reinforcement bracket to the camshaft housing and release the earth cable.
4. Undo the screw (4a) and remove the air chamber reinforcement bracket (4b).

Refitting

- Place the air chamber reinforcement bracket back in its housing and tighten the fixing screw to the camshaft housing. - Place the earth lead in position and secure it using the screw. - Tighten the nuts fixing the LPG injector unit to the air chamber reinforcement bracket. - Tighten the screws fixing the air chamber reinforcement bracket, chamber side. - Engage the LPG injector wiring with the retaining clip. - Engage the petrol injector wiring coupling with the reinforcement bracket for the air chamber. - Engage the front fuel return pipe with the retaining clip. - Connect the electrical connection for the LPG temperature and pressure sensor. - Connect the electrical connections for the LPG injectors. - Connect the negative battery cable. |
