Refitting

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

    Op. 7055B54 PROTECTION/GUARD UNDER ENGINE -R.R.

1. Loosen the band (1a), undo the bolt (1b) and disconnect the air outlet pipe from the intercooler (1c).

1. Loosen the band (1a), undo the bolts (1b) and disconnect the air inlet pipe from the intercooler (1c).

1. Undo the bolts securing the air duct to the intercooler.

1. Undo the bolt securing the intercooler to the radiator.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and move the engine coolant reservoir (1b) to one side.

1. Compress and release the left upper clip fastening the air duct to the front end.

1. Compress and release the right upper clip fastening the air duct to the front end.

1. Undo the bolt (1a), compress the retaining clip (1b) and remove the intercooler (1c) from the flexible mountings.

1. Loosen the bands and disconnect the air inlet and outlet hoses from the intercooler.

Removing

- Connect the air inlet and outlet hoses to the intercooler and tighten the bands.

- Place the intercooler in position attaching the flexible mountings and the side retaining clip.

- Tighten the bolts securing the intercooler to the radiator.

- Attach the upper clips fastening the air duct to the front end.

- Tighten the bolts securing the air duct to the intercooler.

- Fit the engine cooling supply reservoir in place and secure it using the bolts.

- Connect the air inlet pipe to the intercooler and tighten the band and the bolts securing it to the front end.

- Connect the air outlet pipe to the intercooler and tighten the band and the bolt securing it to the front end.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
