DESCRIPTION

The vehicle is fitted with two GAS DISCHARGE headlamps.

The electronics in each of the two headlights switches the gas discharge bulbs on and off at the times defined by the software and in accordance with international legislation.

The system for each headlamp comprises an igniter located at the base of the bulb and a ballast located in the lower part of the headlamp.

Depending on the inputs, the control unit controls the relevant adjustment motor, located in the headlights, directly and tilts it as appropriate.

On versions with gas discharge headlights, the light beam is adjusted automatically and there is no activation of the selector in the panel on the left side.

The device is only enabled with the dipped beams on.

The electronics for the two headlights receive an ignition-controlled power supply from a Body Computer fuse.
