DESCRIPTION

There is a standard type current socket in the middle of the dashboard in front of the tunnel console which can be used for the cigar lighter or for connecting instruments or equipment operating on 12 V.

The boot compartment contains a second power point similar to the first on the left hand side.

The cigar lighter heater coil can be placed in the front socket of the console; simply press the knob to operate it: after a few seconds it will come out automatically, ready for use.

The ring around the first socket lights up when the side lights are on.

    See E2535 CONTROL LIGHTS

The sockets are equipped with a thermal protection device: this protection cuts off the power supply if devices that absorb a lot of energy are connected.

The circuit for the front current socket is protected by a dedicated fuse and controlled by the ignition-operated relay (INT/A) located in the engine compartment junction unit.

The circuit for the rear current socket is protected by a dedicated fuse and controlled by the ignition-operated relay (INT/A) located in the luggage compartment auxiliary fuse box.
