Refitting

   Op. 7045A24 FRONT SEAT BACKREST ANGLE ADJUSTMENT KNOB (ONE), LEFT OR RIGHT - R.R.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the cushion heater pad.

2. Disconnect the front retainer profile (2a) for the cushion cover from the seat frame profile (2b).

1. Working on both sides of the seat, release the side retainers (1a) for the cushion cover (1b), adjusting the retaining tabs.

1. Release the rear edge (1a) of the cushion cover from the retainers (1b).

2. Remove the cushion cover with padding.

- If necessary, separate the cushion trim from the padding as indicated below.

1. Remove the retaining seals (1a) for the rear edges of the cushion cover.

2. Remove the cushion cover (2a) releasing it from the perimeter of the upholstery (2b).

1. Using cutters, cut the retaining rings (1a) connecting the cushion cover (1b) to the upholstery (1c).

2. Remove the cover (1b) from the padding (1c).

Removing

- Check that the cushion cover is not damaged.

1. If removed, place the cushion cover (1a) on the upholstery (1b) and fit the retaining rings (1c).

1. Fit the cover (1a) on the perimeter of the upholstery (1b).

Mould the cover on the padding during the various refitting stages.

2. Fit the retaining rings for the rear edges of the cushion cover.

- Position the cushion cover and padding on the seat frame.

- Connect the rear edge of the cushion cover to the retainers.

- Attach the cushion cover side retainers.

- Connect the front retainer profile for the cushion cover to the seat frame profile.
