Refitting

- Raise the seat until it is in the end of travel position.

1. Release the inner retainers (1a) and (1b) using the special tool and remove the cover (1c).

1. Undo the bolt fixing the lever.

2. Remove the device control lever.

Removing

- Check that the lever is not damaged.

1. Place the lever (1a) in position aligning the splining (1b) with the seat raising mechanism seats (1c).

- Tighten the lever retaining bolt.

- Fit the cover and attach the retainers.

- Return the seat to the correct position.
