Removing ( Refitting )

This procedure is valid only for the 120 HP version

    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R

    Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R

- Position an arm lift underneath the gearbox.

1. Undo the screws (1a), (1b) and remove the flexible mounting (1c).
Refitting ( Removing )

- Refit the flexible mounting in its seat and tighten the screws to the prescribed torque.

- Position an arm lift underneath the gearbox.

2. Undo the two LPG injection control unit mounting and LPG pressure regulator mounting bracket fixing screws.

1. Remove the rivet fixing the LPG pressure regulator mounting bracket.

1. Undo the screw fixing the LPG injection control unit mounting.

APPLIES TO VERSIONS WITH: GPL, Euro 5

- Move the LPG injection control unit mounting and LPG pressure regulator mounting bracket as far as necessary to access the screw fixing the flexible mounting for the gearbox side mounting.

In the above operation, take care not to force the LPG supply pipe to the pressure regulator.
