Refitting

- Place the vehicle on a lift.

    Op. 7055B54 PROTECTION/GUARD UNDER ENGINE -R.R.

1. Disconnect the exhaust pipe flexible mounting.

2. Undo the nuts securing the intermediate exhaust pipe with the flexible section, rear exhaust pipe side.

1. Undo the bolt securing exhaust pipe mounting to the engine oil sump.

2. Undo the nuts (2a) and remove the intermediate exhaust pipe with the flexible section (2b), complete with gaskets.

Removing

1. Refit the intermediate exhaust pipe with the flexible section (1a) in its housing complete with gaskets and tighten the nuts (1b) to the recommended torque.

2. Tighten the bolt securing exhaust pipe mounting to the engine oil sump to the recommended torque.

1. Tighten the nuts securing the intermediate exhaust pipe with the flexible section, rear exhaust pipe side to the recommended torque.

2. Connect the exhaust pipe flexible mounting.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
