Refitting

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

    Op. 7055B54 PROTECTION/GUARD UNDER ENGINE -R.R.

1.Undo the nut securing the water supply pipe to the turbocharger, catalytic converter side.

2. Undo the turbocharger water supply pipe connector, turbocharger side.

1. Release the oil vapour pipe from the retaining clip.

1. Undo the bolt (1a) and the nut (1b) and remove the oil vapour pipe mounting bracket (1c).

1. Undo the fastenings (1a) and remove the turbocharger heat shield (1b).

Removing

- Place the turbocharger heat shield back in its housing and tighten the fastenings.

- Place the oil vapour pipe mounting bracket in its housing and tighten the fastenings.

- Attach the oil vapour pipe to the retaining clip.

1. Tighten the turbocharger water supply pipe connector, turbocharger side to the recommended torque.

2. Tighten the nut securing the water supply pipe to the turbocharger, catalytic converter side.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
