Refitting

- Position the vehicle on a lift.

    Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R

1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the air pressure sensor.

2. Loosen the band and disconnect the supercharging air by-pass pipe from the rigid pipe.

1. Loosen the band for the throttle body air intake hose, rigid pipe side.

2. Open the wiring retaining clip.

3. Undo the nut securing the rigid pipe to the connector carrier bracket.

4. Open the degassing pipe retaining clip.

1. Undo the nut securing the rigid pipe to the gearbox bracket.

2. Loosen the band (2a) and remove the rigid pipe (2b).

- If necessary, undo the bolt and remove the air pressure sensor from the rigid pipe.

Removing

- Place the rigid pipe assembly in position and connect it to the air outlet hose from the heat exchanger using the band.

- Tighten the nut securing the rigid pipe to the gearbox bracket.

- Connect the throttle body air inlet hose to the rigid pipe and tighten the band.

- Tighten the nut securing the rigid pipe to the connector carrier bracket.

- Close the degassing pipe retaining clip.

- Connect the supercharging air by-pass pipe to the rigid pipe and tighten the band.

- Close the wiring retaining clip.

- Connect the electrical connection for the air pressure sensor.

- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
